A four-day gastronomy festival with four events that will... "satiate" even the hungriest visitors of the Corfu International Festival at the Jewish Quarter (Kantouni of Agia Sophia), you will have the opportunity to enjoy delicacies for young and old. Α tasty trip from the Homeric to the Corfian cuisine in collaboration with I.E.K. Corfu Ministry Of Tourism.
PROGRAM
Thursday 23 November
Presentation and workshop by the students and teachers of the IEK at the auditorium of the school. Primary school students will have the opportunity to attend a presentation on the techniques used in Homeric times with a modern twist.
Friday 24 November
Preparation of the dishes for 25 and 26/11, which will be offered in the Jewish Quarter and Interview-Presentation of the dishes by Professor George Kotini.
Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November at 13:00
The public of Corfu will have the opportunity to enjoy delicacies for young and old which will be offered in front of the shops, in collaboration with the restaurants Pergola and Red Hot Chili Burger.
