VOCAL ENSEMBLE CHÓRES

On Saturday 22 October Corfu will be flooded with women's voices! 

CHÓRES, the vocal ensemble, created as a result of a series of artistic events by Marina Satti, are coming for a unique performance at the Corfu International Festival with a diverse repertoire in their luggage.

An original programme with choral arrangements of traditional songs from Asia Minor and Smyrna to Nisyros, Ikaria and Epirus, songs of the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean, as well as famous choral works of the contemporary modern Greek repertoire which combines training in music, dance and acting with performance and artistic expression.
